2019 Celebrating Seniors Event

SSM honoured the 2019 Celebrating Seniors Volunteer Awards nominees and award recipients during our annual awards banquet at the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina. The evening was a showcase of the many older adults whose contributions are invaluable as they give of themselves to better the quality of life for others. We thank all of these volunteers for the contributions they make to their respective communities across Saskatchewan.

Our guest speaker was Connie Kaldor, well-known Canadian folksinger, originally from Saskatchewan. Her speech was interspersed with some of her lovely songs, which the audience enjoyed very much.
