Community Partner – Lifeline

The Saskatchewan Seniors Mechanism is proud to have partnered with Lifeline to provide to the community the Lifeline service. We take comfort in knowing that Saskatchewan residents can continue to live confidently and independently in their homes with the reassurance that help is available at the push of a button. Lifeline is the perfect complement to the range of services offered by Saskatchewan Seniors Mechanism. Additionally, when you subscribe to the Lifeline program you support the Saskatchewan Seniors Mechanism.

Using the MedReady® Automated Medication Dispenser

Lifeline is an easy-to-use personal response service that lets you summon help any time of the day or night – even if you can’t speak. All you have to do is press your Personal Help Button, worn on a wristband or pendant, and a trained Personal Response Associate will ensure you get help fast.

How the Lifeline Medical Alert Service Works

If you need help, push your Personal Help Button (worn around the neck or wrist).

Your CarePartner Basic Unit or Telephone is activated and automatically dials the Lifeline Response Center.

Trained Personal Response Associates who have instant access to your complete profile and critical information will contact you immediately to see what help you need (in English or your native language).

Even if you can’t answer, Lifeline sends help at once. Whether it is a neighbour, family member or ambulance, Lifeline will send the help you need right away.
